A SHORT REVIEW
5gb storage, and 20 gb bandwidth is enough for most of the sites, but the lack of php sendmail feature might be a problem. If it is okey to have a promotion notice at the bottom of your pages, and you don’t need sendmail, it can be usefull for you.
