Although they have good features for a free hosting provider, they only allow sites in English or German, and sites with other language will be deleted without any prior notice. The 1Mb file size limit won’t be a problem if you don’t need to store large files like high resolution pictures, audio or video files or executables. Anyway, the hosts that allow big file sizes mostly restrict this file types. I wish they allow mail function, this would make them a perfect host for english sites.
