With its average features, and small banner ad Velhost might be suitable for your hosting needs. It has some problems on its control panel when I made the test. I can’t delete the default files in my www folder, nor enter the mysql database area to check how many I am allowed and create a sample database. Please leave a comment if this problems are permanent.
